CBD has been used for centuries for a variety of reasons because as far back as ancient civilizations they thought it to have potential health and wellness benefits. Here are some conditions that might benefit from using CBD and why people might use it.

  1. Pain Relief:  CBD’s pain-relieving properties are thought to be a beneficial option to help reduce chronic pain, headaches, and muscle strains.
  2. Anxiety and Depression: Serotonin is a neurotransmitter that lives in your brain. CBD may help by altering the brain’s reaction to it which can reduce the symptoms of anxiety and depression.
  3. Insomnia: CBD can help lower your anxiety and induce relaxation which will help your night’s sleep. https://www.sleepfoundation.org/sleep-aids/cbd-for-sleep
  4. Epilepsy: New Clinical trials have shown that CBD can reduce the frequency of seizures for people with epilepsy. Cannabis has been used for centuries to help with epilepsy as reported in the journal Epilepsy & Behavior.
  5.  Acne: Sebum is an oil in your skin; that can cause acne. CBD may help lower the sebum your body secretes by using its anti-inflammatory properties to reduce its production.

It's important to note that the research on the use of CBD for these conditions is ongoing and more studies are needed to determine its efficacy. Additionally, CBD products are not regulated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), so the quality and content of these products can vary. It's essential to consult with a doctor before using CBD for any medical condition.
